And a week went by in a Blink …
Just in case you folks out there were missing me (high hopes indeed) !
So, a week wherein I spent half the time being rather badly jet lagged (yeah that bloody 25 hour flight again), ended up waking at 5 am in the morning for a few days which invariably screwed up my day and then the trend continued
Thought the weekend would be better, but then again, no relief. Spent the whole of the day on Saturday waiting for a couple of my old friends to come home who just messed it up big time on coming over and messed my peace of mind up and then on Sunday planned to go the ‘Beating the Retreat‘ being organised by the Indian Navy at The Gateway of India. By the time we got there, that place so damn crowded that I just did NOT have the enthu to stay on. Rather regretfully I moved on. Damn ! I should have pinged my Brother for an Invite … dumb me didn’t think of that idea at all
In the morning yesterday, landed up at the JJ Mehta photographic goods shop at Dadar, drooled for a while at the Canon EOS 350D and wondered whether it is worth a buy at 45 K rupees
